A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Please arrive with freshly washed, fully detangled, and blow-dried hair. A $50 preparation fee will apply if hair does not meet these requirements.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. After 30 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

To maintain our boutique studio environment, only the client receiving services is permitted in the salon. No guests or children, please.

Vela Braid Studio is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please notify your stylist of any sensitivities before your appointment.

The remaining balance for your service is due upon completion of your appointment. We accept cash, card, and digital payment methods.

By booking, you consent to photos of your completed style being used on our social media and portfolio unless you opt out in advance.
