All bookings are made exclusively through our online portal. To secure your slot, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, which will be credited toward your service total.

Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before your appointment via your confirmation email. Deposits can be transferred once to a new date within 30 days of the original appointment.

Service times vary depending on the style and length. Traditional box braids typically take 4-6 hours, while elaborate custom styles may take up to 8 hours. We prioritize precision over speed.

No. We provide premium quality braiding hair for all services. We only provide plain colors, and any other color mixture attracts an extra $20. After booking, send your inspiration pictures and preferred color to the studio.

We pride ourselves on expertise across all hair textures (Type 1 to Type 4C). Our stylists are specifically trained in protective styling for natural, transitioning, and relaxed hair.

We offer a 15-minute grace period. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee. After 30 minutes, your appointment may be cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.

To maintain an intimate and boutique environment, we strictly enforce a no-guest policy. Only the client receiving the service is allowed in the studio area.
